Our main duties are to organize domestic and international technical inspection trips, to prepare or have prepared 1/1000 scale implementation zoning plans, plan revisions and plan modifications in accordance with the upper-scale zoning plans within the borders of Talas Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality. To prepare or have 1/5000 and higher scale zoning plans and plan modifications prepared to be submitted to the Municipality. To carry out Urban Design Projects and related analysis studies or to have them done. Building, sidewalk, road, square, park, etc. Prepare plans containing arrangements for disabled people in areas and follow the construction processes. To organize the Conservation Implementation Zoning Plan decisions according to the upper plan decisions, to obtain the opinion of the relevant Conservation Regional Board, to forward it to the Mayor's Office to be presented to the Municipal Council; It is responsible for evaluating the decisions taken and distributing them to the relevant units as necessary.
