Cultural and artistic activities, which form the fabric of social life, play an important role in many areas, from the personal development of individuals to social awareness, from the shaping of urban identity to social solidarity. We aim to raise more conscious, sensitive and productive individuals by preserving and enriching our cultural heritage passed down from past to present. We aim to offer a life integrated with the city by organizing events that will meet the cultural and social needs of our citizens within the rapidly growing and developing structure of Talas. By emphasizing the importance of sports and science, we contribute to both the physical and mental development of our young people. Thanks to our athlete factory and the support we provide to amateur sports clubs, our young people are involved in sports. We bring our young people together with the technologies of the future with our E-Sports and Innovation Center. While we support the education of our students with our 24/7 library and district libraries, we introduce them to the deep-rooted history of our district with our Rota Talas trips. By actively using TAREM, we keep forgotten professions alive.
