To prepare projects of different scales and contents in order to achieve contemporary life and society goals in accordance with the vision and mission of Talas Municipality, and to provide the necessary coordination for the management and implementation of the projects. To carry out project work to create new social and cultural living spaces. Reviving worn-out and destroyed historical and cultural buildings, reinterpreting unqualified buildings and bringing them to the city, and especially transferring this heritage, which has survived to the present day, to future generations in the best possible way. To create projects to ensure modern urbanization in line with high living standards. To analyze and prepare the best project for our district by ensuring communication, cooperation and coordination between public institutions and organizations, local governments, non-governmental organizations, university project units and R&D units. Our aim is to bring this economic support to our district by conducting studies and research on the fund-grant support loans provided by the European Union to member, candidate and third countries.
