To represent the municipality's legal entity in all kinds of administrative and judicial authorities, arbitrators, enforcement offices, notaries and other institutions on behalf of our municipality and to follow up legal proceedings. To file a lawsuit on behalf of the municipality, to make the necessary defenses in the lawsuits filed, to conclude the cases, and to exercise the authority of representation in the appeals court and other high courts when necessary. To provide legal opinions in the form of consultancy on legal issues that the Presidential Office or departmental directorates are hesitant about in practice.
