To create a transparent management unit in accordance with legal procedures and to create a modern and healthy city with a strong economy, vibrant cultural values, sensitive to the environment, using all the tools and equipment of technology economically, protecting natural resources. Together with our municipal employees, to direct the change of the city and raise the healthy living standard of the people by providing services effectively and efficiently with a people-oriented, reliable, accountable, environmentally friendly, participatory, transparent and fair management approach. In addition to the responsibilities specified in the law, regulations and relevant legislation, our directorate is also responsible to the mayor and deputy mayors in the performance of its duties and powers. Our Directorate's Area of Authority: Our Directorate is authorized within the current legislation to provide general cleaning services of Talas district and to fulfill the environmental legislation of our Municipality.
