Carrying out the allocation of real estate belonging to the Treasury for use in the services of Talas Municipality. Identifying unregistered lands within the borders of our municipality and carrying out registration procedures. Carrying out the exchange transactions of real estate belonging to the Treasury and Talas Municipality or bringing them into the inventory of Talas Municipality in accordance with Law No. 4706. Carrying out the transactions and transactions of clearing the immovable properties that are owned by the Municipality in various areas such as schools, mosques, family health centers, with the relevant ministry when needed. Carrying out operations regarding slum prevention zones that have been or will be declared within our district borders.
