The Registry Office is considered one of the main elements of the Municipal Organization in Article 48 of the Municipality Law No. 5393. In general, the Registrar's Office acts as the rapporteur of the Municipal Council and the Council, and carries out the Marriage Officer procedures and other administrative duties of the Municipality, which provides support in keeping the filing procedures of the municipal units in accordance with the standard file plan by recording the documents received from institutions, organizations and citizens in the EBYS software program and transferring them to the relevant units. It is a fulfilling unit.
